The Tri County Animal Rescue in Boca Raton Florida heard the story and took him in.  Aside from looking very sad and confused, he appears harmless in the video from WPBF 25 News. Jake will be available for adoption in about a week.

  1. What an awful story. Poor Jake. Stupid police officer who labelled him aggressive. I’m so pleased that it worked out for him and he’ll soon be with a family who love him for what he obviously is – a loyal and loving goldie.

  2. Seriously? As far as Jack is concerned, the police are threatening his owner, who he is going to look after no matter what. Some humans really don’t understand dogs at all 🙁
